Restrictions: You may not use generated images in a way that:

  • Defames or harasses any person
  • Violates any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Promotes illegal activities

5a. AI Models and Third-Party Providers

Our service uses third-party AI model providers to generate images and video content. The AI models we use include:

  • Qwen Wanx 2.1 - Image generation (Alibaba Cloud)
  • MiniMax Image 01 - Image generation (MiniMax)
  • Seedream 5.0 - Image generation
  • Nano Banana 2 - Image generation
  • GPT Image 2 - Image generation (OpenAI)
  • MiniMax H3 - Video generation (MiniMax)

The performance and availability of our service may be affected by these third-party providers. We do not guarantee specific output quality from any AI model.

AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Do not rely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Verify all outputs before taking action based on them.

5b. AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

In addition to the general prohibitions above, you agree NOT to:

  • Use our service's inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any AI or machine learning model that competes directly or indirectly with our service or FreeAIImageGenerator products
  • Large-scale systematic scraping or collecting of model outputs for purposes beyond your personal authorized use
  • Represent AI-generated content as human-created work from professionals (such as licensed doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors) in contexts where it could cause harm
  • Generate deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent

6. Subscription and Billing

We offer subscription-based plans for access to our service. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for your selected subscription plan

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Waffo Pancake, our designated Merchant of Record and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. If you cancel, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
